PLAYshop is a 60–75-minute play workshop that helps parents and caregivers build a joyful understanding of movement, play, and parent–child connection.

During the session, families get hands‑on opportunities to learn through play, be active, socialize, and have fun together. It’s an ideal workshop for organizations that support families and want to encourage healthy movement habits and simple, practical ways to play at home.

PLAYshop also promotes physical literacy, helping children and caregivers build physical skills, confidence, and motivation to stay active for life. This workshop can be delivered as a parent/guardian only or parent and child play program.
